Eligible for Return
- Unopened, sealed products in original packaging
- Products received damaged or defective
- Wrong item shipped (we'll cover return shipping)
- Products within 30 days of delivery date
Not Eligible
- Opened or used products (for health & safety reasons)
- Products without original packaging
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Products damaged by misuse or improper storage
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Bundle items returned individually (must return full bundle)
Refund Methods
Original Payment Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Credit/debit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit for the full purchase amount plus a 10% bonus. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
Exchange: We're happy to exchange your unopened product for a different item of equal or greater value (you pay the difference).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost. Return shipping is on us for damaged/defective items.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they haven't been shipped yet. Once an order is marked as "Shipped," it must go through the standard return process.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately with your order number. We process orders quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time to officially post
- Contact your bank — there is often some processing time
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us
